「スカイ島にスカイ橋から入り、一番最初の町にあるホテル。 部屋はリノベーションされており､使用に問題は無いが豪華さはない。 隣にマーケット、COOPがある。スカイ島は宿泊施設が少なく、選択幅があまりないので､豪華さを求めるのは元々無理かもしれない。食事を含め、標準で支障は無いホテル。 」

「清潔、部屋は広い、バスタブがある、スタッフが親切、朝食も夕食も美味しい、駐車場あり。 これだけ満足度が高い割に料金も良心的。 もう少しWIFIが速ければ満点クラス。 ブロードフォードの町自体は何もないけど、ポートリーの他のホテルは高い割に質は相当落ちるので車があるならこのホテルを拠点にするのが良いと思う。」

「当日は、スカイ島観光後、少し遅く到着の予定で、その旨連絡をしていましたが、あと少しで橋を渡れるかと思っていたところ前方で交通事故があったらしく車の流れが止まってしまい2時間ほど動かなくなり、明るいうちにと思っていたのに到着したのは23時を過ぎてしまいました。片言の英語で状況を説明、宿泊させていただきました。チェックインは22時までになっていたので、もしかすると車中泊りにとも、覚悟していたのでたすかりました。」

「This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. We cooked dinner and Ida had even left us a wee...

「Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som även gav bra tips på restauranger. Väl värt för sitt pris, rummet var enkelt men helt klart bra standard. Utsikten från rummet var 10/10. Rekommenderar varmt!」

「Beautiful room with a lovely view to the Portree harbour. Close to everything (shops, pubs) and convenient location for exploring the area. I have no experience communucating with the staff, but they seemed to be easily reachable if I had needed something. Walls were really thin though, could hear everything from the room next door, but I didn’t mind that. 」

「Terrible service, it was as if the staff didn't want us to be there. Only 1 staff member we dealt with was any good. Clean room. V small bathroom. Great breakfast.」

「Location is excellent but need to look for parking as limited. Room was really nicely decorated which made it feel really homely. Restaurant serves excellent food and it’s close to their restaurant and services. Portree itself it’s absolutely beautiful and I could not recommend it enough. 」
