「I would come back and recommend it to others. It was clean, check-in was easy, when we were here it was pretty quiet, and the view was great. It got 4 stars because it was a little dated and communication was a mixed bag. It was either sparse on things I need info on or way more than I needed on things that had already been communicated. Also - be aware that there is not a lot going on in this area. There are a handful of restaurants but you will have to drive for most restaurants, grocery,...

The condo was spotless and there were little touches that made it feel very welcoming. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the St Pete's area. Would highly recommend this rental.」

「Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. 」

「This is a great property for a family. We had our two teens with us and they had their own room and bathroom. Steps from the beach and the pool, the location is fantastic. Great beach gear setup as well. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil you could want. Although we didn’t use, there are grills to use down near the pool. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Could see fireworks from the beach down in Treasure Island at midnight along with a wonderful display from a few doors...

「Our visit was absolutely perfect! The location of the condo was great! The beach is just a short stroll. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We’d highly recommend Sola and Snappers to the south and Buoy to the North. We are both walkers so walking about a mile to the Publix was an easy walk. There is still several places that are not open due to hurricane Helene but that just gives us another reason to come back! We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed the next morning. Anytime...
