"We loved saying at this St. Pete condo for 5 nights in early January. The property is updated, very clean, well stocked, and the location is great for day trips to the beach and other local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, everything was as described. Condo includes access to a heated pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, provided beach towels and toys Keurig coffee maker, and wide variety of DVD movies. "

"Marion is amazing! She was super communicative before and throughout our stay with several extra touches including coffee and tea provided. All the kitchen amenities you’d need. My son and I had a great time on a baseball Spring Training trip. The place could easily hold a family of four. There were some repairs happening due to hurricane damage on the property but none that affected our stay. There no longer is a dock for fishing - but we could play some beach volleyball and sit out at night...

"The condo is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and many bars and restaurants. Patricia supplied more things than I remember from our last stay, such as tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, garbage bags, new kitchen towels, sponge, dish cloth, and plenty of bath towels. "My husband and I enjoyed every moment while at Sunrise #301. Owners were wonderful to deal with, condo was immaculate and filled with everything we would need. The view was awesome! Watching the sunrise with coffee in hand in our pjs started our day wonderfully. The pool was the perfect temp, the jacuzzi spectacular. Walks on the beach and plenty of restaurants for dining near by. This place did not disappoint."
