"The hotel staff while checking in were kind and attentive. Hotel is in a fantastic location and very clean. The only negatives I had were the gym was in a dungeon of the hotel and not a good selection of machines. Also while at pool there was no service, no bar tender was ever at the pool bar I always had to search for someone to order food or drinks. "

"After reading a few negative reviews we tried to change our booking to the Bluesotel SMART adults only, I’m so glad we didn’t end up switching because this location is far closer to the restaurants and shops, a short walk to the beach and we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony facing the pool was lovely. The pool area actually looks much nicer than the pictures and we spent a lot of time there— especially at happy hour where the cocktails are buy one get one free. You can order food to your lounge chairs and if was all really good—especially the pizza. We found the staff very friendly and really enjoyed our week here. "

"Hotel was a great choice for Ao Ning. It is easily walkable to the beach and direct access to the Main Street. The infinity pool has the most spectacular view. The breakfast was good. Staff amazing. I would recommend the premium rooms for an unforgettable experience "
