「I was in Las Cruces for business, per usual. I need quiet, convenience, and access when I'm in town. This location has all of the above. The host and her team are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. It's the only property/ owner I stay with when in Las Cruces. I feel safe and productive.」

「Very comfortable for a single or couple, it’s a studio with nice bathroom and closet. Kitchen is minimal but works well for coffee and breakfast (I brought my travel toaster) and microwave/take out meals. Separate entrance was private and off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. I’m not aware of any “winery experience” but I gave it five stars anyway. 」

Although the listing states the pool and hot hub are heated there is a separate daily fee to heat both or either. We were not aware of this until check in. Host was accommodating to our complaint about the unknown fee so not a major deal for us. However, imo it should be disclosed before we rented the property or be built into...
