「悪かった点・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った・カーテンが破れてボロボロ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった良かった点・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「It was an interesting property . The room was as pictured. It would have been nice to have somewhere to put our luggage in the room and a night table on either side of the bed. It was very clean and comfortable just very very small. Great location for public transportation 」

「We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee.」

「My partner and I were in San Francisco for the 2025 Game Developers Conference (GDC). The hosts were very polite, friendly, and attentive! They provided some snacks and plenty of coffee (MUCH appreciated) and graciously allowed my partner into the residence when he forgot his passcode. I highly recommend this residence, and extend many thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and patience with two midwestern tourists!! :)」

「I live in the neighborhood and booked for a friend who was visiting a couple days. She reported that the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had everything she needed including good coffee and the private patio space was an extra plus. The host was friendly and attentive. 」

「It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! 」

「This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! 「As much as I hate leaving a negative review, I feel I have to. The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager.」

「If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work.
