「Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. There was also help with points of interest information and guidance for transport that was invaluable. Thank you very much for fond memories during this stay.」

「近くに同じような名前のホテルがあるので自力で行くには少し迷いました。 施設が広く、プールやレストランを利用するにも車がないと大変だと思います。 朝食はハムとサラミ、チーズとケーキ。 毎回同じ物ですが、ケーキの種類が多かった。 ホテルの入口は夜になると閉まるけど、自分で開けて何時でも出入りできます。 スタッフの方々は凄くフレンドリーで親切です。 6月末にロッジの利用でそこまで暑くはなかったけれど、エアコンと呼ぶには物足りない…送風機程度の物しかなく、窓を開けて寝ると蚊に刺されたので真夏だと辛いかもしれません。」

「Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!」

「It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. 「We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. 」
