「The studio was right on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Good communication. 」

So when we got to town and rented our golf cart those people told us we had to catch a boat not the manager Daryl. Daryl was calling and calling me but my cell service was not working upon arrival trying tj tell me that check in was at 3 and I needed to be there then. 「What a great cozy home! Everything was perfect from the location to the security, and the little extras provided by the owners. We will definitely book again the next time we visit. Really love having a washer and dryer in the home, and pleanty of towels and bedding. 」

「SBR is a gorgeous north island site. Rough road to get there but worth the trip. Beach is great and really well maintained. The guys work very hard. The front desk staff are remarkable people, especially Heidi,Rosi, and the rest. Everyone was so kind and helpful from arranging a tour or a ride to and from the airport. 「The Box house condos was a great place to stay, great location right on the lagoon and very close to the ocean. Property management was easy to get ahold off. The place was quiet at night, just could use a few more pillows on the beds. 」

「Clean, safe and minutes alway from the beach.」

「The property had everything we could have wanted including a private pool, dock with palapa and kayaks. We appreciated being away from the hectic pace of San Pedro and enjoyed the birds in the area. Joan was a great host and provided lots of valuable information and advice. We would definitely recommend the Seaside Casa to anyone visiting Ambergris Caye. 」

「I like that the property was updated, however, they still has some work to do such as, property had mosquito and we cannot sit outside too long. They did not give us wash clothes. I did not get the loft I asked for and they did not change it. 」
