wir haben sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Tage verbracht; Leihauto sollte gemietet werden, damit man sowohl schnell zum Strand als auch nach Lissabon gelangen und beides entspannt genießen kann; die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben bei Nachfragen sehr schnell geholfen

Heerlijke gezinsvilla in een prachtig boomrijk gebied
Het huis en de locatie waren prachtig. De gastheer en zijn vrouw erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het strand dichtbij was erg mooi. We misten een gezellig plaatsje op korte afstand. We zouden zeker nog meer willen verkennen in dat gebied.

Relaxing Family Stay
This home has comfortable beds, a beautiful enclosed garden, a well maintained pool, great grill and is close to tennis/golf and the beach. We booked tennis 3x after the host contacted the club. A fantastic clay tennis club is only a 5 min drive from the house. The wifi worked well for work emails and meetings. Parking for our car was safe and on the driveway. We enjoyed our stay here very much and the host was generous with supplies to grill and very responsive. We had privacy and full use of the house. Marvelous stay.

Amazing stay!
We had a wonderful experience staying at Aroeira villa. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming and hospitable. I cannot say enough good things about the home and the hosts. Our kiddos especially loved hanging out in the pool! Can't wait to visit again!

Super séjour, maison très grande piscine et jardin top, le billard est un élément très agréable pour se détendre. Delfim et sa femme sont adorables, serviables et attentifs L s plages de Costa da ça pari ça sont magnifiques et le resort est très agréable Seul bémol il faut aller en voiture(3/4 min) à la plage ou le stationnement n’est pas toujours evident car à pieds c’est un peu long Je recommande

Foram 4 dias excelentes entre amigos, com todas as comodidades que a moradia do Sr.Delfim oferece. A zona exterior é óptima e da para aproveitar muito bem o sol e a piscina. O Sr.Delfim teve sempre disponível para esclarecer as dúvidas. A repetir sem dúvida.

What a Fabulous Villa
The Villa is enormous. The main room includes a huge table (and chairs) a pool table and a full sitting room suite - all in the same room. The Villa is very well furnished, and all furniture is in excellent condition - possibly brand new. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and the bathrooms very well apponied. The pool is great - just the right blend of shallow and deep sections, and the gardens are well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and quite - a mature pine forest - but there are a Lidl and an Aldi within a couple of minutes drive away. (And although within a forest, we were not bothered by mosquitos at all.) There is full Wi-Fi , which was surprisingly good, and relatively quick. A massive beach is only a 5 minute drive!!! Brilliant. Our host, Delfim, could not have been more helpful - he waited patiently while our car hire took two hours to obtain (that's another story) and booked us a taxi for my wheelchair-bound grandson back to the airport. He also cleaned the pool and emptied the bins regularly - he even cleaned the bar-be-que until we made sure we did it ourselves - before he could! I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Great villa for all the family
Impressive villa nicely located 10 mins drive from the beach, 5 from the golf course and 20 mins from Lisbon. Shop, chemist and good restaurant located 10 mins walk away. We used all 5 bedrooms for 8 people, and everyone was satisfied. Great lounge/dining area with the TV and pool table giving all the family a relaxing time together. Lovely outside pool, garden and play area for the young children. Kitchen well equipped and all utensils provided. Owner was friendly and very helpful when contacted. Easy check in and check out. All in all a good choice for a family holiday.

Excellent stay
We stayed for a week in June, 2 families, 7 in total including 2 small children. We had a excellent stay. Delfim is a great host and looked after any request we had. The house is exactly as pictured and the pool in particular is really nice. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay

Very nice house and amazing host
Thank you for the nice holiday we had with our family. The house is exactly as in the pictures or even better. Very family friendly place. Delfim is so helpful and there to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Nice grocery store quite close the house and cute beach within walking distance. Few good restaurants in the area too.

Wonderfull home
We loved this home. We were with 12 persons, including a baby and 4 children, and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious and has fun activities for every age, including table football, snooker, a toddler playground and a pool. It is near the beach (5 min drive) and close to Lissabon (30 min) and other sightseeing locations.
