I recently stayed at the Hilton hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. I paid for an ocean view room, but the view was obstructed by construction, dirt, and trash.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, specifically Sagy Taher, I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I was considering canceling my stay early. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive, indicating that it was not their problem.
This lack of customer service was frustrating, and ultimately, I had to book another hotel room. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
