"The host was welcoming and offered us a fixed meal at very reasonable price. Even though we did not arrive until 8pm. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. This hotel is unfortunately in an isolated location not easily accessible from any major roads. "

"An unbeatable view over the city from our large room. Walkable to the city if reasonably fit. Very convenient parking. Rated 4 stars as the food choice in the cafeteria is rather limited, and the meals only average. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. "

"I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good this was! We had gotten this is on a deal, and I expected it to be a bare-bones hotel. Instead it was quite an aesthetically pleasing place with moderately sized rooms, a full bath, a nice breakfast room, and a comfortable bed. The location is awesome - right near the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca. We are glad we went to the San Polo."
