"Firstly, we absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and loved the quiet, relaxing, tranquil setting. We spent several hours on the back porch reading and watching the waves crash against the rocks. "Beautiful views!! The house was Mendo eclectic which is why I picked this property. Aged home yes but cute in the details. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, however we did need more seating in the living room with the kitchen chairs. The beds were just adequate, but i do like a softer bed. The dishwasher never worked wich kinda sucked honestly because even the dishes in the cabinets were dirty & i hate washing dishes. "We enjoyed several days at Morgan House. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had amazing views! We saw whale spouts almost every day, rainbows, and sunsets from the window seats and hot tub. We visited Irish Beach via the pass but it was pretty rough. We ended up further south at Manchester Beach and later in our stay hiked in the Point Arena Stonetta unit south of the lighthouse. "

Decent budget friendly hotel

"Check in was easy, they texted us a link to check in so when we got there I was able to just pick up my keys. They’re really strict about the 4pm check in though. We got into town at 3 and they gave me the keys but reminded me multiple times check in wasn’t until 4pm. Also, there is a difference in late check out prices. The link they texted me to check in early had prices listed for late check out. The online price was $20 to check out at 1pm but in the office they said it was an extra $40 to check out at noon. So we just skipped the late check out. They were really kind and let us come back over an hour later to grab a sweater we forgot. We’d definitely stay again, the room was perfect for our family of 5. It’s a cheap hotel so there weren’t any fancy extras but it was perfect for what we needed it for. "

"Lovely desk staff, very helpful & nice. Noyo harbor is just down the hill, where there are several restaurants with fresh, delicious food, several beach accesses not far. The only issue where our room was, in the hallway, it was not quiet, there could be some painting of doorways & floorboards."
