This is a very peaceful place set up to take in the views with all of the nice windows. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace during our stay.

Supreme privacy and views
The listing pictures don’t do justice to how secluded, quiet, and private this cottage is. The house itself has a wonderful layout for two - solid sized kitchen, living area, and bedroom - but the real standout is the deck and hot tub. We spent an amazingly relaxing week over 4th of July and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Location - Needs Better Upkeep
To start with you cannot beat this location. The views are spectacular even when it is foggy. Secluded and quiet. When we first arrived we were greeted with a bag of trash at the front door. When we went to use the oven it was very dirty and had left over parchment paper inside the oven. Upkeep is needed on this property. The bathroom switchplate was hanging off the wall. There was mold on the shower. The quilt on the bed had a stain. The entire place could use a good dusting. For the cost this location should be in excellent shape and it really is a pity as the location shines. I was issued a partial refund after notification. But if you like a clean and kept up location perhaps this is not for you.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this property is special. You are completely secluded with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The hot tub is a perfect addition to sit in and gaze at the sea during the day and the stars at night. Our host was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location!
Perfect little cabin for 2. The location is awesome, when the waves were up we could hear the ocean from in bed! Also it is very private, from one side of the cabin you can see another house (nobody was there during our stay), the rest is trees and ocean view. The cabin was nice, very cosy and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. One thing the pictures do not show is the cool dimmable lighting in the rafters. Very nice for adding a romantic ambiance, as if watching the moonlight on the ocean needed more romance!

The perfect romantic getaway
Me and my partner celebrated an anniversary here. Waking up to that view, with a homemade breakfast on the very private deck was such a treat - so much better than staying at a hotel. We shopped for groceries in Mendocino which is just a short drive. We also drove down to the beach you can see from the deck and had a relaxing day wandering and napping in the sun. Would highly recommend this location for unwinding and reconnecting.

Great place to relax!
Amazing views and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the coast! This is a great location for Anderson Valley wine tasting and hiking the Mendocino coast. Christina, the property manager, was great to work with and she took care of the only small issue we had immediately. This place will not disappoint!

Fabulous property!
My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. The property is fabulous, quiet and very romantic. The view from the cabin, hot tub and deck is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The living room is cozy with a great array of DVDs, games and art supplies for foggy evenings. The full kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. made it a perfect place for preparing our own meals. It's secluded and very private. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the middle of our weeklong trip. The whole place was very clean and everything was in good working order. We experienced excellent communication and fast response from the property manager about a minor issue on our departure.

Amazing views, clean, and cozy!
Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. The view from the cabin is beautiful. The wrap-around deck, the windows and the high ceiling make the cabin feel open while still being small and intimate. The fireplace was cozy and nice for the winter! The management was friendly and responded quickly to my email. The cabin is only a short drive to Mendocino and Fort Bragg but feels secluded! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it for any private retreat!

Honeymoon redux
It was great. Everything was wrong with the world (apocalyptic skies, wildfires, COVID) and yet absolutely nothing was wrong with this stay. It was a very welcome space and enclave to reconnect as a couple. I’m so happy we made the time to make this happen.

Cute place, great deck and views, hot tub is a great touch with a view of the ocean from it! Perfect for a couples weekend or week long retreat / romantic stay in Mendocino area. Great location as well. Would stay here again for sure.
