"Kijana checked us in and was great. There was a significant hotel incident that happened right before we arrived and he kept his composure. Since the property was new there wasn’t anything to complain about other than some design flaws in my opinion, i.e. the hanging bars in the bathroom and the shelf in the bedroom that blocks the visual on tv. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but my husband loved it."

"Located behind a strip mall of coffee shops and eateries. Great convenience however, the ingress egress was challenging as the food locations were busy from 0500 till 2300 The pool and gym were nice. There were a few maintenance issues that were disappointing but the staff was friendly and kept my updated."

"The front desk people were kind and helpful. The shower floor needs to be bleach and the bathroom fan didn't work but overall the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was okay on Sunday no protein just carbs. The water was peaceful. I would stay here again."

"This home was very new and clean. We felt very secure in this gorgwous gated community. I would have given 5 stars if the home was completely set up. We had to go purchase a coffee pot to have our morning coffee. The home only had 2 towels for our 5 day stay. We do alot of hikes and day trips when we travel so a small cooler would have been awesome. "Had a nice time, the lock to the front door seems to have issues. Like it needs to be calibrated. Have to keep pulling at door so lock can release. Only down fall, was the noise from the grounds keepers had the blower for leaves blaring and would have liked to slept in a bit. But real close to Frys's grocery store and had nice meals in the evening."

Upon arriving, I entered and was greeted by a pleasant young man who quickly checked us in and gave great direction to the other side of the hotel to our room.
