「This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!」

「This property gets high marks on all fronts except one, the location. It is on the second floor of a shopping strip at an intersection with traffic lights. If you’re someone who can fall asleep under noises, this place is of great value, bargain even. If you’re not, then maybe it’s not for you. To elaborate, with traffic lights, you get to hear motorcycles and cars ramp up from the first gear loudly. I think the price has factored in the noise issue, especially given how modern it looks.」

「We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

「We had 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. I didn't realize the room access was in the backyard when we checked in, so I accidentally went to the wrong room and tried to unlock the lock box to no avail. I don't know if I missed that in the description of the room, but it would be nice to have that reminder in the message before checking in. I felt bad about having to call the owner super late to figure out how to get the lock box open. The place was very nice once we got in. I do wish the...

「Host must have a degree in Hospitality or in Business. The place is so well organized and operated, even down to the little booklet to explain the features of the rental and what to do in the neighborhood. Room is very clean, has everything you need if you feel like cooking a simple meal, and the host is very responsive to IMs if you have questions. The best short term rental I have ever been to. Five stars across the board!」
