Nice rooftop lounge area with a hot tub and bar that starts partying at 4 pm on the dot (which could be a downside if you’re trying to get an afternoon nap). Good restaurant for dinner downstairs but not much for breakfast, and when we were there not much was open early in the day—Vieques takes island time seriously it seems. 」
