「I am very upset with Hotels.com for even listing this place. The flush was broken, the soap dish was unusable, the bathroom door, the towel rack, the toilet paper holder - everything was broken. The beds had no fitted sheets so in the middle of the night we woke up to find ourselves sleeping directly on the filthy mattress. The blanket was worse that you would find in Motel 8. 「We stayed for 5 nights and it was simply amazing. This property has been owned by a husband and wife for 25 years. They maintain it very well and the room was way nicer than the 2 star rating this hotel has. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our patio each morning once requested. Housekeeping daily and they reset our room each time perfectly. We had a perfect view of the caldera from our patio every single day. Highly recommend!」

「Amazing place」

「My guest and I were extremely impressed upon arrival. We were greeted by Kyriakos, who has a very pleasant and helpful demeanour. We truly loved our room ‘Helen’. It has an amazing view of the ‘portara’ from our balcony. Breakfast was great with the residence offering to bring it to our rooms. 「Most amazing stay in our entire greece tour. Situated in the more peaceful area of Santorini (Imerovigli) we felt there’s more privacy compared to other areas and properties. Bringing your luggage up the steps might be a bit of challenge but the bell boy will take care of it for you if you inform them. We hope to be back again. 」

「The property Is handled by excellent staff. George and Athanastia go above and beyond to address any issues and help with ideas for dinner locations. They made the stay so pleasant. The only issue regarding getting up to Acron Villas is the road which is very narrow and not well lighted at night.」
