「The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.」

「Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. The hotel is rather new and modern. Love the facilities, especially the wellbeing center such as swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Fixed menus for dinners were very good. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the mountains. The sunset views from restaurant and our room was very beautiful and stunning....

「一番印象に残ったのはレセプション（チェックイン・チェックアウト）のスタッフが親切で、不慣れな私たちに対する細やかな心遣いでした。５星ホテルですから設備も立派でしたし、ウエルカムフルーツが出たり、バスルームも大変使いやすかったのですが、それにもましてどのスタッフも、宿泊客の立場に立ったサービスを提供して下さったのが、さすが５星ホテルだという感じです。場所もすべてのバスが停まるバスターミナル（広場）へも出やすく2つのロープウエイへのアクセスもしやすい、とても使いやすい位置にあるホテルでした。食事も美味しく、ダイニングのスタッフからも細やかなサービスを受けました。次も又此処を使いたいホテルです。」

「Magisk beliggenhet, nydelige omgivelser og hyggelig personale. Veldig serviceinnstilte og hjelpsomme. Naturen i nærheten er storslått! Rommet var stort, fint og hadde mye skapplass. Veldig positivt at de er så serviceminded når det gjelder hunder. De har et spa på hotellet som er inkludert i prisen, det synes jeg var et stort pluss.
