「There was no heat the first night we were there. The management company said there was a power outage. Luckily, someone in our group was in HVAC tech because the emergency call wasn’t going to respond till 10 AM the next day. The management company offered a late check out as compensation for our inconvenience, which was kind of insulting. I had to ask for a free night before they agreed to it. The thermostat in the house was locked and set to 70. I pay good money for the houses that I rent...

「It's a cool cabin in the woods. We enjoyed going to the racetrack and exploring Saratoga Springs. Tinney's Tavern is a short drive away for a drink and meal. Highly recommend.」

This trip was over the moon & we cant wait to come back to the chalet many more times as it now has stole our hearts! Thank You Leo for being an amazing host!」

「Spent almost a week with family at the chalet. Great location in town with plenty of restaurants and lakeside shops within walking distance. Ample parking for at least a few vehicles. Good mix of indoor and outdoor areas for socializing, including the downstairs game room for kids, and with comfortable overflow bedding both upstairs and downstairs beyond the three bedrooms. Will stay again if coming back in town.」

The house was very clean and spacious, the hosts were very communicative, the location was great (just 30 minutes away from Lake George, 10 minutes from Lake Minerva and a3 minutes away from charming downtown North Creek). Highly recommend and will stay again when traveling to the area!」

「We had a great stay at the Cozy Chalet. Location was very close to North Creek but secluded and right on the creek so the sound of the water was great. The house was comfortable and cozy and we enjoyed hanging out int he main room. Mike was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly.」
