「夜9時30分に空港で、すぐにシャトルを見つけることができ、問題なくホテルへ行くことができました。ホテル内のレストランで夕食を食べることもできました。レセプション、レストランのスタッフがフレンドリー。親切でした。朝ごはんは7時から。6時45分にシャトルで空港へ向かったので、朝ごはんを食べることができず残念でした。」

「全て満足。たったひとつお風呂がなかった！長いアフリカの旅の最後にお風呂に浸かりたかったけど、残念。シャワーも床が水浸しに。ルームサービスのステーキ美味しかったし、シャトルのサービスも満足。」

「夏は雨期で寒く、体調が良くなかったので、料金は張りますがエアコンのあるこのホテルを利用しました。ホテルはエアコンもあり、朝食も充実しており、満足できました。残念だったのは、宿泊が2nd（日本の３F）の大通り沿いだったため、排ガスやクラクション等の喧噪で煩く、窓を開けることはできませんでした。サポートスタッフがしっかりしており、事前に案内やリクエスト対応のメールを頂けたので助かりました。お陰様で体調も回復でき、リラックスすることができました。またaddis ababa に行き機会がありましたら、利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。」

「空港から無料送迎を頼んだら、到着ゲートでスタッフが待っていてくれました。帰りも希望の時間で手配してくれるので便利でした。朝早い時間だったのにすぐに部屋を用意してくれたし、ホテルは清潔でスタッフの感じも良かったです。」

「The room was very large and well appointed. Staff were very attentive and they gave shuttle service to airport. I was only there for a 10 hour layover but would definitely stay there if I return. The hotel I stayed in before in Addi Ababa was the same price and no where near as nice as this one.」

「Bonanza offers an exceptional value for money. A charming bar/pool area, super-clean beds, lots of hot water in the shower, excellent wi-fi cover, and superb breakfast. Recommended! Why then give only 4 stars out of 5? Honestly I was a little bit disappointed with the lunch/dinner kitchen, especially that they did not serve their famous pasta carbonara any longer. And, no safety box in room.」

「Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended.」

「I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. 「On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it...
