We booked the multi bed suite for our family of 6. When we arrived at 9:30 pm, we were told that there wasn't a room that would sleep all of us. I showed my reservation of 2 adults and 4 children, no luck. The lady at the counter gave us extra blankets so my children could sleep on the dirty ground. There was dried gum on the carpet. I reached out to expedia, who reached out to this hotel and nothing. I paid extra for a room that would sleep us comfortably and did not get that.

The shower had a regular shower head that didn't work and only had a hand held and the bathtub nozzle didn't work either. And the closet door would not stay closed. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and even talked to my toddler while we ate breakfast. Marie put a kids show on TV while we ate so he would have a good experience which I appreciated. The breakfast bar had good options and was delicious. Would come back if I ever drive through this town again!

Very hospitable and friendly staff. The entire location appears to be very clean and you can’t beat the price. Our one night stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend. Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. The housekeeping manager even knocked on our door the next morning to see if we needed anything prior to checking out.

Staff was really nice and friendly. The room wasn't great. Hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours. The Sheetrock on the ceiling showed water damage. Overnight rain resulted in my son getting wet from an unfixed leak.
