「フロントスタッフがとても親切。電車の手配なと本当に助かった。フロントスタッフは全員が笑顔も素敵で優秀でした。 レストランスタッフは注文してもなかなか料理がこないことが多かった。親切さも無し。」

「遅くまで寝ていたいときなど、do not bother meの表示が簡単に出せると助かります。 It is very helpful if visitor can indicate “ do not bother me” when they need to be asleep till noon.」

「A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat.」

「the location is amazing ...overlooking the sea with access to wide open beaches and no people - a big contrast to Verkala north cliff beach. The place was clean , modern and the staff went out of their way to assist us with adapters, taxis, etc... The food was excellent though a bit overpriced. I would love to visit again !」
