"The apartment hotel is wonderful.I took a one bedroom. It was large and clean and comfortable. The location was excellent right in the middle of the nightlife and day life! I paid extra for breakfast and it was absolutely terrible quality,I ate once and didn't go back ! Don't include breakfast in your package!"

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. If you are still thinking about booking it, don’t! It is well worth it for the cost which considering the level of standard provided, it is quite reasonable when you compare it to similar hotels in other big cities around the world. "Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "
