「We had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and ready to help. The spa is lovely. We loved it so much that we considered coming again for a short stay during the Summer as well. The only small inconvenience I would say, the ski in and out is not really accurate, you have to walk about 3-5 min to the slope. Otherwise everything was absolutely top notch. 」

「Top Hotel , absolut ruhig, hier wird Gästeservice groß geschrieben, jederzeit wieder, jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Skischrank, wo alles trocknen konnte, includierter Shuttle zum Lift , super Essen , unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter, für jeden war edtess an der Riesen Büffett und A la carte Auswahl alles dabei , tolle Bar, stimmiges Ambiente, Zimmer wurden geräuschlos gereinigt, toller Wellnessbereich mit zwei beheizten Aussenpools. 「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....
