「一番下のカテゴリーのお部屋に2泊しましたが、窓からのロケーションも含めお部屋はとにかく最高でした。 惜しむらくは食事。朝食の内容もごくごく平凡だし、夕食に至っては内容と値段が見合わないと感じました。肝心のスリランカカレーも外国人向けの味付けにしているからなのか美味しくありませんでした。そこらへんのローカルレストランのほうがずっとおいしかったです。シェフはスリランカ人ではないのかも？　 また、朝食（オーダー式）は7：30からとのことで、7：40くらいにうかがったのですが、待てど暮らせどスタッフが誰もこず、結局呼びに行き、朝食がすべてサーブされたのは席に座ってから40分後！　雨季でゲストが少なかったから適当な対応だったのか？　お部屋は本当にステキなのにいろいろ残念なホテルでした」

「Quando estavamos a fazer o chek in a rececionista disse que não tinhamos reserva. O Hotel tinha cancelado a reserva com o operador. Tentamos ligar várias vezes mas devido à diferença horária nunca fomos atendidos. Acabámos por ficar uma noite, tendo em conta o adiantado da hora mas pagando o quarto!
