「Had troubles with room keys and payment. In short, their service is poor. It's ok but this hotel is not something I wanted to stay in Santorini for my honeymoon. I'd pay more if I go to the island next time... View from this hotel and restaurant (Ombra) here were very good though. 」

「Beautiful hotel! Very accessible for my dad who had a bad knee, and such lovely & accomodating staff! We felt very looked after here, the view from this hotel of the sunset over the caldera was unbelievable. They catered to my allergies very well also. 10/10 no complaints! 」
