"Mansion House is situated in the quieter part of Scarborough which suited us perfectly. We received a warm welcome and found the accommodation to be spotless and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good choice and hot food was nicely cooked and presented. "Whilst it looked nice on first impressions, for a 5 star boutique hotel I certainly would have expected better No bar service as advertised . If we had have been told about this before we would probably have cancelled the booking. Great friendly hosts , just a shame that our expectations were not met."
