"The hotel metroplole is one of the most stylish hotels I have every been. The detail was incredibly authentic. Breakfast was good. I especially want to thank the head daytime concierge. He was immensely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I knew where I was going. thank you again. "

We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
