「Booked Marquis as we had heard good things & wanted a short post-Christmas break, we were not disappointed. The property, staff & food were excellent. We did not venture outside the hotel but know Deal well & went there first to walk the dog on the beach, the Marquis is c.20 minutes by car. Fabulous relaxed stay & we will come back in the summer to try out their terrace. 」

「Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

Becket Court is a student hall of residence on the campus of the University of Kent in Canterbury that offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the summer vacation.
