"Enjoyable stay. Hotel/spa staff- without exception- friendly and attentive. Food & beverage quality excellent. Slightly disappointed that room (120) had multiple unsightly stains in bathroom- surprising at this property. Also issues maintaining consistent heat level in room. Still highly recommend. Stunning architecture, amazing setting and interesting history. "

"Great location. Many nice amenities including restaurant and bar on site, lots of activities, pool. Hot tub is no longer, not sure why. Spa on site is fantastic. Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. "

"There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, following up with me immediately after my booking to ask about my arrival and dinner plans. I would highly recommend!"

"Great stay. Most important: it was clean, quiet, comfortable, cute decor and cozy. Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! Would have given excellent rating but little work needs to be done on place - closet door fell of track, soap dospenser about to fall off wall. Just minor things. Also clearer instructions are needed on how to reach the location. The address on text, when used on...

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
