「I love the resort style design of this property. Our pool side suite was spacious and conveniently located near the pool and outside amenities. The coffee bar in the morning was convenient and we also enjoyed drinks and food from the poolside bar. My husband and I were in town for Spring Training and found this hotel to be a perfect location to hit the beach, visit Historic Ybor and catch a Yankee Spring Training Game. 」

「Our room wasn’t ready at check in, So the manager upgraded us to another room that was ready as we had a small child with us. Excellent customer service & by far the cleanest & most up to date hotel rooms iv ever experienced and I travel a lot. The upgraded/remodeled rooms are truly spectacular. The private beach was so nice. I honestly thought it would be hard getting a chair & umbrella spot (which are free) but the beach area was pretty empty even on a holiday weekend. Very nice. Full service...

「Hotel building was nice. Check in was nice. Parking is a bit high. They offer room service which is nice and drinks upon arrival. 」

「There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there.」

「I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this...
