"This hotel is totally understaffed. Although individual staff members were generally kind, the number of staff is clearly insufficient to keep up with the demands from customers. Plus, it was ridiculous that they advertise their standard room with two double-size beds (which were much smaller than we expected) for four people. There was no way for two adults to sleep on what they claim to be a double-size bed, and the room was hardly sufficient for four people. The fact that they prepared only two cups and bottled waters despite our reservation (four people) indicates that their staff did not expect four people in such a room, it seems to me. I will never stay at this hotel. "
