"Everything with the hotel was fine except for their air conditioner. It wouldn't cool down the room, as it was facing the wall rather than towards the room. And giant window (beautiful bldgs view) but not able to crack it for air. So it made my nights hard to get a decent rest. Temperature is everything to me."

"Very interesting old building that has all the comforts you need. Fun decor and very friendly staff. Also you can grab some items from the breakfast buffet, pay for them individually and go! "

"The property is situated on the back bay and end of SF airport runway so lots of view to be had. The surrounding area appears to be hotels. Easy access to freeway to airport and SF. Pleasant staff. area appears to be safe."

"After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully). Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location....
