「The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!」

「The place was occupied and booking by another tenants, it was make me waste my time to drive there and have not rest for whole night. Even the owner replace a new unit but with bad condition and dirty. 」

「Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...

「We enjoy the space of the property. The amenities provided can be better, for example, dish washing was given as hand soap and no hand towels in the toilet.」

「Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly.」
