「Just an excellent place to stay. Second time there in three weeks. Will be my place of choice now when I’m in that area. Staff are great. Food is great. Very relaxing. 」

「The property is in an old Edwardian home. Only issue is there is no lift & the stairs are steep. The staff was very accommodating & helped us with our luggage always. The dining room is very comfortable & the food is very good. The adjacent pub down the street is associated with the property & a short walking distance.」

「Florence House hotel is a fantastic place to stay. We only wished it was for longer. It’s a boutique hotel and everything is just perfect. The room was a joy to stay in and the staff were just brilliant. 」

「The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe.」

「Appartment was great, location fantastic but need to improve check in and check out. Checking in : Was warned there was no front desk after 10pm so we arrived at 4pm. Main enterance was slightly tricky to find but when done we we greeted by security. They were not aware of our booking and tried their best to find our 'host'. The telephone number on the booking, when called, was incorrect. After an awkward 15 mins or so wait someone arrived to check us in. They were pleasent enough and guided...
