「Property was beautiful and just like in the pictures close places to dine at and shop housekeeping staff was excellent however front desk management staff was not… Ended up paying $230 more than what we were quoted when we did our reservation needless to say it was beyond frustrating And I’ve never had that happen before.My husband was equally upset had issues with room keys etc. 」

「ベランダからビーチを眺めながらゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 部屋も清潔で快適でした。 Lazy Poolは思ったよりも狭かったので利用しませんでした。 夕飯はレストランのテラス席を利用しました。おいしかったですが暗くて料理が見えづらいのが残念でした。」

「複数のホテルと居住型の混在施設。施設の敷地がとても広く、98号を隔ててゴルフ施設側(Bay側)と海(ビーチ側)に別れている。 今回は、Bay側に宿泊したので海に行くには車に乗って移動。 ビーチにstayするには、日差しが強いのでパラソルをレンタルするか持参が必須。 白い砂浜のビーチはすんでいて、本当に美しく遠浅なので子供ずれも多かった。 次回は、海側のホテルにstayしたいです。」

「Dining options were lacking. Understaffed. This hotel is expensive and should be well staffed on all fronts for the price. 」

「I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!」

「Price was great. Really enjoyed the stay. The ambiance was as though we stepped back into the past. Loved that when we arrived 3 hours early, our old style key was waiting for us at the desk. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants, bars, and lake ( Christmas Reflections was fantastic) If you’re expecting 5 star resort vibe ( we werent ) the place is not for you. We were hoping for some super natural abnormal activity but nothing in Room 3. Maybe the twins were busy in another room. Lol would...
