This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "

"Recently staying at this property for 2 nights during Christmas holidays. Never before a hotel asked for money to guarantee room key card but this hotel did. The problem is the reception area isn’t at the same area with the building we were staying so chance we forget about the money are considerably high. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

It seems strange the only fresh fruit available pappay, watermelon and melon, but none of the mangos or pineapple on sale on the streets nearby. Roof restaurant has view over city, food OK, option for non smoking is only with questionable live music"
