「We arrived for a one night stay before our long flight out the next morning, firstly the air-conditioning in our room didn't work, so we didn't sleep well at all. We then awoke to no hot water either, so we both couldn't have showers before we left. We tried to call reception several times over the stay about these issues, but the phone was never answered. When we addressed the issue at the front desk, the response was lacklustre and not at all helpful. Very disappointed with his experience 」

「The employees were amazing and very kind and helpful we came early from a long trip and asked if we could have an early check in and he was very understanding and had the rooms ready for us early. The place was also very clean . The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the blow dryers didn’t work well but they did accommodate me with a new one. 」

「Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war gut aber kaum Licht, da direkt vor dem Fenster eine Mauer war. Sehr unangenehm im Urlaub! Frühstück ist gut allerdings begrenzt das Personal die Ausgabe von Säften, Tee und Kaffee. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf das Meer. Das ist gut. Strandbenutzung kostet Extra. Lage ist etwas am Berg, war für uns persönlich störend, weil immer alles zu Fuss erledigt werden muss. Aber mit Taxi (nur Hallo Taxi benutzen, die anderen sind zu teuer) war gut.
