「I felt unconfortable during my stay there because there was not acceptable things as below. There was no towel in the room. In addition, there were many small ants around the pillow. Despite I ordered taxi for next morning, the taxi did not come to the hotel and we were in trouble to catch the Jetty on time. At the reastaurant, it took so much time to come foods I ordered. 」
