「We had a good time. The hotel is very clean with excellent services. The staff were very courteous and nice. The food was also good.」

「Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. 」

「First time back in a few years and I was more than pleased with what I encountered. My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed.」

「Customer service is very satisfactory,There is a bar downstairs, which is a little noisy at night.」

「My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. The glass to protect the water from getting on the floor was half way built. So you have to be care when you hundle your way out of the bathtub. This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home. 」

「 I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.」

「Loved my stay at the apartment. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, it took the intervention of the manager for them to find my booking as it appeared hotel.com did not inform the apartment of our booking and considering that we just arrived after a long journey, I was not pleased about it. Also WiFi network is very bad in the apartment and we have to come out of the apartment each time to make and receive calls.」

「This is one of the best hotels in Abuja. I love their staff; they are welcoming and friendly. Lovely gym, serene environment, nice buffet, etc. I didn't enjoy the internet. It was crappy and I had to use mine throughout my stay. Complimentaries like toothbrush should be kept in rooms for travelers who didn't come with theirs. 」
