"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. It was child friendly hence we could enjoy the complimentary facilities like shared microwave in the floor hallway to prepare baby food. In the room itself, there’s baby toys and the beds are on the floor. So baby won’t fall off the bed. However, we hope the hotel consider to install brighter lights in the toilet and have a night lamp for parents to make milk or change diaper at night. There were many light switches but only one controls in switching on...

"This is the Best taugh of unit that we had the opportunity to stay at. We have stayed at more that 150 countries this is the best place to our taste that like overall. Highly recommended. If you don’t receive the log in instructions from hotels.com com, you will be in difficulty because the place in self check in and without instructions it can be quite intimidating. Really disappointed in Hotels.com they drop the ball on this on"

"This hotel location is good - bus stop just outside and easily accessible to the Jeju airport. Rooms are very nice and clean with slippers provided. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning - it was very warm inside the room as apparently the air conditioning only gets turned on on 1 April. The breakfast buffet is also not worth it. Instead, can get coffee from the cafe next door on the ground floor (10% discount for guests) or the nearby convenience stores ( GS25 and CU in close...

"The hotel is clean and nice. But the rooms are smaller side. And also if you ar thinking of using the pool be aware that you need swimming caps else it is a no go. There is also a 2000 won fee for towels per use "

"Front desk check in was a little chaotic, & we were asked about how we wanted our eggs cooked at breakfast. That was a bit odd. The manager Mr Son was very nice & so were the servers in restaurants & front desk personnel. Hotel needs some updates, it's like decor back in the 70's. Breakfast items can be improved, as the set menu with steak & eggs everyday were too heavy. There was a good bbq restaurant near by, otherwise it's a 15 minutes walk to local restaurants"

"Not bad for the cost. Beware of parking issues. We booked with this hotel because they have a parking lot, but it was full by the time we arrived. We had to find street parking and it was difficult to find and physically park"
