The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
