"My husband and I had a lay over in Chicago. It was simple to get to the hotel. I wished we could get a a hold of someone on the phone for a shuttle but that was too difficult. Luckily the airport workers showed us how to get to the hotel from the airport."

"Large room, staff uninterested in you as a patron even upon checking in. This includes the front desk and restaurant. Decor is tired and in need of repairs, refreshing. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable, lots to do and nice facility. Grand son loved the large indoor pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Downside was the shower water pressure and took three calls to finally get our wash clothes. If not for last two things mentioned would have been 5 star rating "

"all is pretty great so far, but as someone with a mobility-related disability (but no wheelchair), I noticed this facility requires quite a lot of walking in order to get from the parking to the entrance to the elevator that takes you to the front desk. It’s also another very long hike from my accessible room to the pool/spa area. I wish there were an easier way to arrive and get around; if there is, it wasn’t offered or advertised. But otherwise everything is totally lovely and serene. "
