「From the moment we pulled up to the hotel the staff was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are high end with spotless well equipped rooms, a fireplace and water view. John the valet was very accommodating and always on time. We had brunch in the beautiful restaurant with the best waiter. He took care of all ten of us, and was attentive and pleasant at all times. We had the best time and would recommend Forty One North to anyone visiting Newport. 」

「ニューポートのマンション群を見学したあと、その余韻に浸るのにピッタリな瀟洒な洋館です。インテリアも素敵で、特筆すべきなのは、お風呂です。ゆったりとした作りで、リラックスして入れる広めのジェットバスですし、シャワールームも完備されていました。 　また、私達にとって気に入ったのはポーターサービスです。ニューポートのどこからでも、フロントに電話をすると、スタッフの方が、黒塗りの車で送迎してくれるのです。はじめ、このサービスを知らなくて、ニューポートの案内所からタクシーでホテルに行ったのですが、サービスが悪く20％以上のチップを払ったのに、スーツケースも運んでくれなくて最悪でした。ところが、スタッフの方は、車も綺麗ですし、スーツケースも運んでいただけるし、運転もとてもていねいで最高でした。また、夕食のとき外のレストランにいっても、送迎していただけるし、マーブルハウス等、観光スポットから連絡しても、きちんと迎えに来ていただけるし、スーツケースもチェックインの前や、チェックアウトのあとでも、預かっていただけて、本当に助かりました。」

「Lovely condo for a family! We were happy with the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen amenities and living space. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. 」

「The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

「We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was.
