「Had problems with parking we paid the nightly parking fee for our one car one night the lot was full and they said well you’ll have to use the valet parking and pay $35. We told them we did not want valet parking did not want to pay $35 because we’ve already paid 25. I believe it was for the nightly parking and we shouldn’t have to pay anything more than that we’re guest at the hotel. They finally got it straightened out so we didn’t have to pay, but that was a pain at the time.」

「The hotel has a stylish lobby with a really cool marble fireplace on the second floor, a nice spot to hang out, and that exits onto a pedestrian walking area. Conveniently, a Frye’s grocery is across the street. There are numerous restaurants just steps away. Chico Malo was wonderful upscale Mexican food, beautiful and delicious. The fourth floor has a lovely pool and a cool rooftop bar. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. It worked out well for attending a convention, only 3 blocks to...

「The Clarendon Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a GEM of a restaurant, The Azlin! We enjoyed a memorable dinner of flavorful food, then had a nice soak in the sizeable hot tub. The only problem we had was the toilet in our room had a wonky flusher. We resorted to removing the lid and flushing it by lifting the rubber flapper. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 」

「日程全てスイートルームで予約確定していたが、初日はスタンダードルームだった。2日目と3日目はスイートルームに変更となったが、料金は全てスイートルームの料金で請求が届いた。チェックアウトが早朝だったため、クレームも受け付けてもらえなかった。初日の宿泊費の差額を返金して欲しい。」
