「My room was extremely clean and well-appointed. Last night after getting back from a meeting, I sat at the bar and worked while enjoying local beers on draft — all were great selections. This morning I enjoyed sitting by the creek while attending to emails. Notably, of all the complimentary hotel coffee I’ve EVER had, the Ozarker is presently in the pole position. It was delicious coffee. Also, high praise to whoever selected all the light fixtures throughout the facility. Just really well done....

「Everything was great except for the cleanliness, the comforter was not washed and there were stains on the sheets and curtains. The Jacuzzi tub was never cleaned out properly or the jets because I found a rose petal stuck to the underside of one of the jets and ball of hair in the filter. We ended up running a full tub with hot water and there was a lot of dirt, hair and other things that came out so we had to disinfect and clean the jet lines and tub ourselves. 「We had noisy neighbors. Families with children should be in other areas away from older adults. I had to call front desk to ask if they could get noisy guests to quiet down. I was told quiet time starts at 10 pm. Otherwise room was very nice as well as the property. 」
