「Check in was not very welcoming. A lot of little broken things in the room ex. Broken trash can in the bathroom. The room was very smelly. No iron in the room. There an iron room on the 1st floor but it was very dirty. Breakfasts are far from enjoyable.」

「Room was clean and spacious. Nice view on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Easy parking . A lot of family opportunities to enjoy the time. Professional management who provided excellent customer service. Thank you. 」

「It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town. 」

「Struggled to find hotel as people sitting on step outside. Just looked like part of the shops next door. Signage did not stand out. Once found - great location. The room looks nice, 3rd floor but no lift so with heavy cases this would be a struggle for some people. The curtain at the bedroom window did not open. Only one very soft pillow each on the bed. Offered no support. One chair in room, could do with another one as nowhere to sit. Ended up sitting on the floor at times. Had to ask for a...

「Lovely hotel and great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant is a great option for dinner if you don’t want to venture into the town. Great quality, selection and portion sizes. The only issue we can think of was that the shower leaked but fresh bath mats were provided each day so not a huge problem. Thank you!」

「The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.」

「Great cabin feel. Location perfect to down town. Many restaurants for dinning or grocery shopping. Place had kitchen and stove. 」

「Not only you have to pay for parking. But also rooms are so small, we had trouble opening both of ours carry on bags in the same time. You could barely open the balcony window because bed was blocking half of it. And there is no air conditioning. Room was super hot, no screens in the windows. If you try to open windows for an airflow, you are getting all the bugs and mosquitoes inside…. Big disappointment for a 4star hotel.」

「Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.」

「We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...
