"Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"Fabulous stylish hotel with a great bar/restaurant with outside tables"

"Room too hot when first arrived, adjusted air conditioning then it was fine. Made reservation for dinner for 6pm. 5 mins later reception phoned me and said restaurant is full until 7pm! Very disappointing, so didnt get dinner!"

"All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!"
