"Everything was great. From the breakfast to the amenities. The staff has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. The restaurant on site is great. Nice balconies and rooms. Live music and sunset viewing areas were my favourites. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. "

"The room we had was well lit, had extremely comfortable beds and fluffy linens. It was clean and seemed recently remodeled. The shower was awesome; hot water and a nice large showerhead and the shower size was also a little larger than most, with doors (as opposed to curtain). Restaurant was good food. Negatives were the elevator wasn’t working and the stairs were not great (slippery when wet), due to being open, i assume. The second floor has some uneven surfaces, so i would not recommend...

"The staff that checked me in was patient and understanding. I had made an error on my reservation dates. They got me a new reservation quickly. My grandson, 5year old and I swam in the pool. The Jacuzzi and pool are very well kept. Our room was very clean. Shower pressure excellent. We are very happy with this stay. "

"Check-in and check-out were convenient, and the staff were all friendly. I requested a crib through Expedia, but it was not accepted, so I requested it separately. It is a quiet hotel with convenient parking. It was a little disappointing that I could not see the beautiful scenery of Sedona from the hotel room."
