"The staff at the front desk were especially helpful, both the gentleman at check-in, and the young lady who was there when we left for the airport at 3:30 AM. We appreciated their assistance -- arranging a cab for our departure earlier than the bus ran, and arranging a breakfast box, which we hadn't thought of. We were there for only one night, for proximity to the airport for a very early flight, but found the property to be clean and comfortable. "

"This is a good hotel. Its clean, quiet and functional. Its also very minimalist. The showers are weird with just a drain on the floor which makes the bathroom a mess. They provide exactly one towel, just somewhat annoying. "

No public transport or shops or civilization within walking distance. It is approx 25 min cab ride to Oslo and 15 min to Lillstrom."

"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room.
