アップタウンの三つ星ホテル

「朝食付きでこの値段は破格。朝食のメニューは毎日一緒だけど、種類は十分だし美味しかった。立地もリバーウォーク沿いで歩きでの移動がしやすい。さらに夕方にはフリーのお酒とおつまみ(もはや夕食)まである。入らなかったけどプールもあるし本当に至れり尽くせり。地味にたくさんバスタオル置いてあるのも嬉しい。最高のコスパを持ったホテルだと思う。」

「The stay was excellent with one exception—two of the three elevators were inoperative the entire length of our stay. This caused up to a 10 minute delay when trying to leave the room for any reason. Staff was attentive and friendly and willing to help. But a hotel should be able to get elevators operational within 24 hours….not days. Hotel was clean with all other services as promised. We will be back…hopefully the elevators will be functioning!」

「Lazy river pools and cabana were fantastic. I saw pheasants cardinals blk eagles vultures waxwing. So much wild life! Deer everyplace. Absolutely gorgeous peaceful and happy.」

「The hot tub was full of sand. I’m not sure why as there was no sand on site. The pool didn’t allow outside drinks, but the advertised pool bar was closed. In their defense it was the end of September not June, so I guess there was not much demand for the pool bar. Parking was handled by a third party. You had to scan a QR code and pay for parking online. It seemed a bit strange, but parking was only $10. They had cameras in the parking lot to deter vandalism.」

「The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to landmarks like the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The staff was very attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant stay. However, the building is outdated and could use some improvements. I attended a conference at the Westin next door, and noticed that the driveway and parking area at our hotel could use better upkeep. Overall, it was a good experience, but the facilities could benefit from some updates and more...
